I grew up in Joshua, TX and graduated from Joshua High School in 2006.  I participated in Horse Judging, Floral Judging, Job Interview and Public Relations. I showed pigs my 8th & 9th grade year as well as showed goats all 4 years of high school.  I served as the Reporter of my FFA chapter my Senior year as well as a District Officer. 

I went on to graduate from Tarleton State University in May of 2012 with a Bachelors in Animal Science. In 2015 I started teaching in Alvarado, Texas and have been at Alvarado High School ever since.  I train students for the following Leadership Development Events's: Greenhand Creed Speaking, Senior Creed Speaking, Job Interview Ag Issues and Public Relations.  I also train the Vet Science Team, Floral Judging Team and Ag Communications Team. I oversee the following animal species: Sheep, Goats, Heifers and Rabbits.
