Every year, the Alvarado FFA chapter travels to the Texas FFA Convention in July.   Students attend leadership seminars, listen to speakers, elect incoming state officers, attend a concert, a dance and many more fun activities.  In order to attend state convention students must be an officer or participating in state convention in some way.

July 10-14, 2023 - Dallas Convention Center
July 8-12, 2024 - George R. Brown Convention Center, Houston
July 7-11, 2025 - Dallas Convention Center
July 6-10, 2026 - Dallas Convention Center
July 5-9, 2027 - Dallas Convention Center
